Totonicapan ceremonial cinta (hair ribbon). Made for use in San Juan Sacatepequez.

This circa-1970 cinta was hand woven on a back-strap loom in one strand, a combination of cotton and silk.
It has very long tassels on each end, partially in silk. This unique example is in excellent condition.
