Santo Domingo Xenacoj corte (wrap skirt).

This circa-1980 warp-striped wrap skirt was hand woven on a foot treadle loom in two indigo dyed cotton panels joined by a hand embroidered decorative seams. Cortes provide 3-4 meters of yardage. This example is in very good condition. It was acquired from Sra. Tomasa Calbo Mateo at the “bomberos” textile market in Panajachel. W 334 x L102 cm. (19-222) $ 90 or best offer.
