Santiago Sacatepequez daily huipil. W83 x L139 cm opened. This daily huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in two well matched cotton panels decorated with supplementary brocade. The brocade features pairs of quetzal bird motifs across the chest and shoulders. The panels are joined by a multi-colored hand embroidered decorative seam. It is in excellent condition.
