Santiago Atitlán tocoyal (head dress/hair ribbon)

This circa-1980 tocoyal was hand woven on a special table loom in one panel. It has silk tassels on each end. Tocoyals are now usually for ceremonial use. This fine example is in excellent condition. It was acquired from the collection of an ex-US diplomat in Guatemala. W 4 x 1000 +/- cm. (16-54) $ 100. OBO
