San Pedro Sacatepequez (G) ceremonial tzute. W102 x L175 cm. This very fine post-1980 ceremonial tzute was hand woven on a back strap loom in two well matched white cotton panels. The panels are joined by a multi-color hand embroidered decorative seam. Each panel is heavily decorated with animal and bird figures in supplementary brocade.
