San Pedro Necta daily huipil. W70 x L96 cm opened. This post-1980 daily huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in one cotton panel. The warp of this single panel runs horizontally, partially closed along one side to allow a neck hole. This design is unique to San Pedro Necta huipils. The arm and neck holes are finished with chain stitch. It is in very good condition. It was collected from Ana Carilina Ajanel of Chichicastenango. (7-89) $ 90. SOLD.
