San Pedro La Laguna rebozo (shawl).

This circa-2000 rebozo was hand woven on a foot treadle loom in one warp-striped cotton panel. It features ikat dye patterns and hand knotted fringes on both ends.San Pedro La Laguna rebozos are uncommon. This beautiful example is in excellent condition. It was acquired from Sra. Josefa Tocco of San Juan La Laguna at the “bomberos” textile market in Panajachel. W 69 x L 195 cm plus knotting and tassels. (21-80) $ 140 or best offer.
