San Miguel Chicaj huipil. This post-1980 huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in one wide blue cotton panel. The panel is decorated with rows of supplementary brocade in very fine geometric patterns. This is as well woven as we've ever seen a contemporary huipil from this village area.
