San Martin Sacatepequez (aka, Chile Verde) daily huipil.

This circa-2000 huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in two well-matched blue cotton blend panels that are joined by elaborate hand embroidered decorative seams. The surface decoration is supplementary brocade featuring rows of bird and plant motifs. This finely woven example in is excellent condition. It was acquired from Sra.
