San Martin Sacatepequez (aka Chile Verde) huipil. This post-1980 huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in two well balanced red cotton blend panels. The panels are decorated with supplementary brocade in universal diamond motifs. The head hole is trimmed with a red buttonhole stitch. It is in excellent condition.
