San Lucas Toliman daily huipil.

This pre-2000 huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in two well-matched white and red warp striped cotton base panels. It is decorated with supplementary brocade in horizontal rows of small geometric and animal motifs typical of San Lucas Toliman huipils. This classic example is in very good condition. It was acquired from Sra. Sofia Monroy Tepeu of San Pedro Sacatepequez (G) in Antigua. W 80 x L 62 cm. (20-13) $ 100 or best offer.
