San Lucas Toliman daily huipil.

This circa-1980 huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in two well-matched white and red warp striped cotton base panels. It is decorated with supplementary brocade with rows of small geometric and animal motifs typical of San Lucas Toliman huipils. This classic example is extra-large and in very good condition. It was acquired from Milagro Chavez at the La Fuente textile market in Antigua. W 90 x L 62 cm. (15-102) $ 110.
