San Andres Xecul blusa.

This blusa features hand embroidery on a white commercial cotton base. The embroidery is all hand done in the style unique to San Andres Xecul featuring many whimsical animals surrounding the head and arm openings. These openings are trimmed with hand crochet. Xecul blusas are now increasingly uncommon. This fine example is in very good condition. It was acquired from an important private collection in Antigua Guatemala. W 86 x L 71 cm. (19-56) $145. OBO
