This post-1980 rebozo was hand woven on a back strap loom in two predominantly blue cotton panels with narrow white warp stripes. Its principal feature is that the blue is produced by indigo natural dye. It is fringed on both ends. This simple style is village specific to San Andres Semetabaj. This rebozo is in excellent condition. It was acquired from Tomasa Calbó Mateo of Chichicastenango. W94 x L154 cm plus fringes. (9-204) $65. OBO
