This circa-1980 corte was hand woven on a foot treadle loom in one wide cotton panel. It features weft stripes with subtle ikat dye patterns. It is hemmed along one edge. San Andres Sajacabaj cortes are rare. This example is in very good condition. It was collected from Juana Mateo Rosales at her stall in Tinamet Maya on Calle Santander in Panajachel.
