Rabinal daily huipil. W88 x L134 cm opened. This post-1980 daily huipil was hand woven, probably on a foot treadle loom in one cotton panel. It is decorated with vertical zigzags typical of Rabinal huipils in supplementary brocade. The neck and arm holes are trimmed with velvet. Rabinal huipils are hard to find, if not rare. This one is in very good condition. It was collected from Ema and Carmen Tepeu of San Pedro Sacatepequez (G). (6-304) $ 90 *SOLD*
