Patzún daily huipil. W96 x L97 cm opened. This circa-1980 daily huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in 2 “aleman” panels – a combination of cotton and rayon prized for its softness and drape. The panels are joined by a hand embroidered decorative seams. It features unusually extensive hand embroidered decoration in the "plums" and glyph motifs. It is very good condition.
