Patzún ceremonial huipil.

This exceptional huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in two warp-striped cotton panels that are joined by multi-colored decorative seams. The head opening is surrounded by hand embroidery, all in silk, in the “plumas” style. These huipiles are rare. Circa 1980. This classic example is in excellent condition.
