Patzún ceremonial huipil. This beautiful circa-1980 huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in two wide, warp-striped cotton panels that are joined by multi-colored decorative seams. The head opening is surrounded by hand embroidery, all in silk. Patzun ceremonial huipils with silk embroidery are rare. This example is in excellent condition.
