This pre-1980 corte was hand woven on a foot treadle loom in two equal, indigo dyed, cotton panels that are joined by hand embroidered decorative seams. It features weft stripes incorporating subtle ikat dye patterns. It is in very good condition. Acquired from Sra. Estefana Culajah at the La Fuente textile market in Antigua.
