Joyabaj daily huipil.

This post-1980 huipil was hand woven on a back strap loom in two predominantly black warp-striped cotton blend base panels. The neck and arm openings are surrounded by hand embroidered circles of decoration typical of Joyabaj huipils. This huipil is in very good condition. It was acquired from Sra. Carmen Tepeu at the La Fuente textile market in Antigua. W 83 x L 46 cm. (19-39) $ 90. OBO
