Cotzal rebozo.

This post-2000 rebozo was hand woven on a back strap loom in two warp-striped cotton panels. The surface decoration is supplementary brocade featuring bird, plant and geometric motifs. It has finely hand knotted fringes on both warp ends. This fine example is in excellent condition. It was acquired from an important private collection in Antigua. W 90 x L 184 plus fringes.
