Comalapa servilleta (place mat / table runner).

This circa 1980 servilleta was hand woven on a back strap loom in one white cotton panel. The surface decoration is horizontal bands of supplementary brocade featuring a variety of motifs, much as if it were a sampler. This fine example is in excellent condition. W 49 x L 67 cm.
