Churrancho ceremonial huipil.

well matched white cotton panels with extensive supplementary brocade, predominantly in purple, and featuring
zoomorphic motifs. The traditional Chuarrancho collar is hand embroidered. Chuarrancho huipils are heavily
influenced by those of nearby San Pedro Sacatepéquez (G). This fine huipil
was acquired from Milagro Chavez at the La Fuente market in Angigua. W 117 x L 67 cm. (15-259) Was $ 290. Now $ 180. OBO
