The more contemporary Chajul huipils come in many base colors and the supplementary brocade has become much more extensive and elaborate. This example features motifs that can only be described as zoomorphic. It is in excellent condition. It was acquired from Ana Rivera of Chajul in Calle Santander, Panajachel. (11-03) $ 85. Sold.
